ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembly Technician in Meridian, ID to build equipment from components to finished systems in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, assembling mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components, and troubleshooting during start-up to ensure quality. Swing shift offers competitive pay with shift differential.

Qualifications

• Read assembly blueprints, drawings, plumbing schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Experience in industrial or commercial plumbing.
• Assemble and install mechanical components (pumps, flowmeters, manifolds, motors, drives, controllers).
• Comfort with hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment and basic testing devices.
• Use process pipe-welding equipment.

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the Production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to work hands-on building equipment from components to finished systems in a safety-focused environment.

Job Title: Assembly Technician

Location: Meridian, ID

Pay Range: $20 - $24 an hour plus $2 for Swing Shift differential

Shift: Swing shift

What's the Job?

• Assemble mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components using engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Use a Personal Computer and shop floor control software to accurately track labor and material usage.
• Troubleshoot equipment and components during assembly and start-up to ensure quality performance.
• Use measuring tools, hand tools, and testing equipment while following established quality and safety procedures.
• Complete final assembly and system integration while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read assembly blueprints, technical drawings, plumbing schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Experience in industrial or commercial plumbing
• Ability to assemble and install mechanical components such as pumps, flowmeters, manifolds, motors, drives, and controllers.
• Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and basic testing devices.
• Ability to use process pipe-welding equipment
