Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking Assembly Technicians for 2nd shift in Randleman, NC. The role involves assembling generators per blueprints and work instructions, with focus on quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Position includes 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM-11:20 PM) with overtime as needed. Weekly pay and benefits are offered, and this is a temp-to-hire opportunity through ResourceMFG.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Ability to read and use tape measures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble generator components using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assemble metal structures and external generator components.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify defects.
• Read and accurately use tape measures and measuring tools.
• Meet production and quality standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve production issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Work overtime as required.
