Job summary

Landscape Structures in Minnesota is seeking an assembler to assemble complex parts, verify accuracy against assembly instructions, and ensure quality control. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a focus on accurate labeling, defect checking, and timely packaging for shipment.

The position emphasizes ownership, reliability, and the ability to learn program functions while contributing to continuous improvement in a team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts that are too complex to be assembled in the field.
• Verify parts to their assembly instructions and print.
• Check every part for physical defects.
• Package parts to ship without damage.
• Check the correct quantities of all work orders.
• Key and label parts accurately.
• Participate in monthly presentations and continuous improvement efforts.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Ability to verify parts to their assembly instructions and print.
• Must be able to check every part for physical defect.
• Ability to identify the defective part for rework.
• Must package parts to ship without damage.
• Check the correct quantities of all work orders.
• Will correctly key and label parts.
• Take part in monthly presentations and continuous improvement efforts.

The target hourly range is $20.00 - $25.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
