Job summary

Rogue Fitness in Columbus, OH is seeking 2nd Shift Assembly Team Members. You will assemble and package Rogue’s products using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. Shift runs 3pm–11pm with a starting pay of $23.10/hour and increases to $24.20/hour after 1 year, including shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English for written and verbal communication.
• Ability to accurately read measuring devices (tape measures, weight scales, calipers).
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal work instructions, including product renderings.
• Count and package parts for hardware kits (nuts, bolts, washers, etc.).
• Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble products to exact specification.
• Visually inspect parts for cosmetic defects and perform functionality checks.
• Accurately read weight scales and other measuring devices to ensure product quality.
• Lift and carry parts weighing up to 80lbs.
• Maintain good housekeeping in your work area.
• Work overtime before and after shift, and on Saturdays as needed.
• Team Members may be assigned outside of Assembly to assist other areas of the business as needed.

Overview

Rogue is hiring 2nd Shift Assembly Team Members in Columbus, OH. Assembly Team Members assemble and package Rogue’s manufactured products using various hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm

Starting pay $23.10* Pay increases to $24.20* after 1 year *Includes shift differential for 2nd Shift

• Visually inspect parts for cosmetic defects and perform functionality checks


• Accurately read weight scales and other measuring devices to ensure product quality


• Lift and carry parts weighing up to 80lbs


• Maintain good housekeeping in your work area


• Work overtime before and after shift, and on Saturdays as needed


• Team Members may be assigned outside of Assembly to assist other areas of the business as needed
