Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of production workers to meet schedules.
• Inspect products and direct machine setup/adjustments.
• Maintain production records and timekeeping for the cell.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback; manage safety compliance.
• Serve as a liaison with QA, maintenance and materials departments.
• Overtime may be required; enforce company safety policies.
