Job summary

RD Industries, Inc. in Omaha, NE is seeking an Assembly Team Lead for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm to 11:15 pm). You will guide the assembly team, solve problems on the floor, and ensure work meets safety, quality, and schedule targets.

You will train employees, monitor production, and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance to minimize downtime while promoting a positive work environment on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
