The Assembly Team Lead supports daily assembly operations by helping guide team members, providing training, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role helps maintain quality standards, address production issues, support continuous improvement, and communicate with supervisors and support teams. The ideal candidate has assembly experience, strong communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to lead and work well with others.
