Job summary

Lasko Products is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee assembly line workers and coordinate daily production activities. You will ensure productivity, quality and safety goals are met or exceeded, and mentor on best practices on the line.

Responsibilities include implementing improvements, training new staff, maintaining operations data, and preparing reports for management. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years related experience and a high school diploma, with proficiency in Excel and

  • Recommends improvements in production, methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions
  • Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to
