Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers. Ensure that productivity, quality and safety goal are met or exceeded.
Essential Functions
- Recommends improvements in production, methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
- Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to.
- Interpret company policies and procedures for employees.
- Maintain operations data such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of.
- Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment.
- Recommend personnel actions such as discipline and promotions.

Education and Experience
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- Two to four years related experience.

- Lift / Carry: up to 10 lbs frequently, 11–20 lbs frequently.
- Stand constantly, walk frequently up to 11–20 lbs, sit occasionally up to 21–50 lbs.
- Reach above shoulder frequently, climb occasionally, squat or kneel occasionally.
- Weight handling: up to 12 lbs frequently, 13–25 lbs frequently, 26–40 lbs occasionally, 41–100 lbs not applicable.
