Qualifications

Job description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers. Ensure that productivity, quality and safety goal are met or exceeded.

Essential Functions
  • Recommends improvements in production, methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
  • Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to.
  • Interpret company policies and procedures for employees.
  • Maintain operations data such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of.
  • Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment.
  • Recommend personnel actions such as discipline and promotions.

Physical Abilities
  • Lift / Carry: up to 10 lbs frequently, 11–20 lbs frequently.
  • Stand constantly, walk frequently up to 11–20 lbs, sit occasionally up to 21–50 lbs.
  • Reach above shoulder frequently, climb occasionally, squat or kneel occasionally.
  • Weight handling: up to 12 lbs frequently, 13–25 lbs frequently, 26–40 lbs occasionally, 41–100 lbs not applicable.
