Job summary

Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Assembly Supervisor in Chattanooga, TN to lead the assembly department, drive safety and quality, and manage delivery targets. The role requires strong supervision of automotive assembly lines and a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include monitoring quality, resolving non-conformances, enforcing processes, and applying policies. OT is possible beyond 45 hours, with a competitive salary range and stability in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive assembly production and supervision.
• Experience deploying structured problem-solving methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Adequate leadership training or secondary education.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.

Job Title: 1st Shift Assembly Supervisor

Salary Range: $80-88k plus OT after 45 hours

Shift: 1st shift 6am-2:30pm with OT as needed

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Industry: automotive manufacturing

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in automotive assembly production and technical supervision of these assembly department(s)
• Ability to deploy structured problem-solving processes in assembly department
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Adequate leadership training or secondary education
• Must be a team player, flexible, and have good communication skills
• Computer skills, problem-solving skills
• Ability to manager priorities and demonstrate a high-level reactivity in critical situations
