Ford Motor Company is seeking production workers to join the Macomb County MI locations. These hourly roles involve assembling vehicles or vehicle components in a predefined sequence using supplied materials and tools, with the possibility of overtime.

Temporary Full-Time status offers a generous benefits package and conversion to full-time after nine months of continuous service, including healthcare, life insurance, and other benefits outlined in the 2023 UAW-Ford agreement.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work assigned schedules and possible overtime.
• Capable of manual labor, standing and walking most of the shift.
• Must pass drug screen, physical, and background check.
