Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking temporary full-time production workers at its Avon Lake area facilities to assemble vehicles or components according to predefined processes.

You'll work with materials and tools, earning $21.00 per hour plus premiums, with access to healthcare, Life/AD&D coverage, paid time off after 120 days, holiday pay, tuition assistance, and other benefits after a nine-month conversion to regular full-time status.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment assessment, drug screen, physical and background check required.
• Drug screen panel does not include THC.
• No interview is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble vehicle or component parts following predefined processes.
• Use hand or power tools, hoists, or scanners to attach parts.
• Move and locate parts for customer orders.
• Stand/walk for long periods and maintain safety rules.
• Support team and maintain good attendance.
