Job summary

Vivid Impact is seeking an Assembly Shift Lead for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM) in Louisville, KY. You will lead daily fulfillment assembly operations, supervise both full‑time and temporary workers, and ensure production stays on schedule while meeting quality standards.

You will set up and break down lines, perform quality checks, resolve issues, and maintain a safe, clean work area. Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail are essential.

• Previous assembly leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes and one‑piece flow.
• Experience performing quality inspections.
• Experience leading both full‑time team members and temporary workers.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift.

Job Overview:

The Assembly Shift Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day fulfillment assembly operations on 2nd Shift. This hands‑on role ensures products are assembled accurately, production stays on schedule, quality standards are met, and team members have the support they need to succeed.

Schedule & Compensation Details:

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM.

Pay Range: $21.45 - $24.20/hr
