Job summary

US11 Electrolux Consumer Products, Inc in Springfield, TN is seeking an on-site Repair Operator to support the production line. The shift runs 5:00 am to 1:30 pm and you will repair gas and electric ranges to ensure high quality, on-time products while coordinating with team members.

You will troubleshoot functional defects and may backfill for colleagues; familiarity with basic AC-R600 and small repair tools is valued; you may rotate to other repair tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Math Level 1
• Able to read and write English to understand repair procedures and wiring schematics.
• Must obtain Brazer Certification within first 30 days in role.
• Ability to communicate with Team Members and Production Supervisor
• Flexible to rotate positions with other Repair Operators or other positions as needed
• Familiar with small tools for repairing
• Capable to learn how to repair cabinets and doors

Responsibilities

You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. The shift will start at 5 :00 am and end at 1 :30 pm. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs. Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.

Your main tasks:

• Repairs gas and electric ranges to support the production of the highest quality products, on time, that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Troubleshoots functional defects.
• May on occasion, backfill for associates who must repair workmanship errors.
• Understands basic A.C-R600.
• Experience preferred.
• Capable of handling complex tasks & repairing units in a timely manner while moving down the line
• Ability to communicate with Team Members and Production Supervisor

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift packages 40 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
• Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
