Shift hours 6am-2:30pm

Position Overview:

Under general supervision, uses hand tools and electric tools to mount parts, fabricate sheet metal enclosures, assemble power stacks and install power wire and/or wire harness for various products according to job shop instructions and by following the company's workmanship standards. Possess the basic understanding of measuring to 1/32nd of an inch with a temp measurer, torque tolerance and hardware assembly. Complete other duties as assigned.

This role involves cross-training opportunities in other departments to enhance skills and support team needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 0-2 years’s demonstrated fabrication, sheet metal, carpentry or related experience.
• Possess the basic understanding of measuring, torque tolerance and hardware assembly.
• Ability to work independently to complete milestones.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quality and productivity standards within team.
• Good time-management skills and ability to set priorities.
• Availability and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, customer service and teamwork.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.
