This role in summary

Whirlpool Corporation proudly makes our line of compact and chest freezers at our Ottawa facility. We are currently looking to hire Assembly Production Operators to join our team.

The rate of pay is: $18.90 per hour

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday: 9:30pm - 6am (3rd Shift premium: $1.00 per hour)

Your responsibilities will include

• Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation
• Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment.
• Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products etc.
• Continuous standing or walking (up to 10 hours a day)
• Bending, squatting, and lifting up to 35 lbs frequently

Minimum requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 18 years old or older

Preferred skills and experiences

• 1+ years of manufacturing work experience
• 1+ years of consistent work experience
