Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 1+ years of precision joining, dispensing and automated inspection process development.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and onsite Bastrop, TX work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process development, equipment bring-up, and qualification at CM for high-volume production.
• Engage suppliers early on equipment selection, tooling design, and process engineering.
• Lead development of ultrasonic, hot plate, and vibration welding processes.
• Develop and qualify precision dispense processes for TIM and sealants.
• Establish AOI systems, lighting, imaging, and defect detection integration.
• Design and execute DOE and PPAP/IGQ/OQ/PQ line qualification activities.
• Create control plans, FMEA, SPC limits, and corrective actions for quality.
