Job summary

Cohesive Components in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Operator – Assembly/Picking for first shift 6:15am - 2:50 pm, Monday - Friday. You will remove waste, assemble or package orders, and follow job router instructions to ensure accurate, quality-ready shipments.

The role requires ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work with a team to maintain safe, clean work areas. Prior manufacturing/warehousing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow job instructions for assembly and packaging.
• Add labels, select box sizes and pallet configurations.
• Notify leaders about quantity discrepancies or damaged parts.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and tools.
• Operate packaging equipment (heat sealer, tape machine, scale, cutter).
• Participate in 5S, SQDIP huddles and safety rules.
