Job summary

On Target Staffing LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly & Packaging Associate in North Phoenix, AZ. The role runs Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with available overtime and a pay rate of $17 per hour.

You will assemble parts, follow precise instructions, and ensure quality and safety standards are upheld. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced team, can read and follow work orders, and maintains accurate production records.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies, components, and nasal hoods according to detailed instructions
• Follow written and verbal work instructions, SOPs, and drawings
• Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
• Identify and report defects or production issues to supervisors
• Complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when required
• Package finished products using automated bagging equipment
• Pack and label products into designated boxes with correct quantities
• Maintain accurate documentation of lot numbers, serial numbers, and revision levels
• Follow ISO 9001 and company compliance standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in required safety observations and uphold safety protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned
