Job summary

North American Lighting Inc. in Mattoon, IL, is seeking an Operator - Assembly to join our team. You will assemble processed parts into finished lighting products, perform quality review, and ensure parts move smoothly through the assembly line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of related experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assembles processed parts and places parts on racks or in packaging.
• Performs quality review of parts and finished products during assembly.
• Keeps work area clean and maintains 6S within the department.
• Ensures scrap basket is emptied at regular intervals.
• Locates and brings processed parts to the workstation for assembly.
• Assists in machine part changes, as needed.
