⏰ Early Hours: Occasional early morning work (3:00 AM – 5:00 AM)

We’re looking for a hands-on Assembly Operator to support developmental fiber manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll operate specialized equipment, manage experimental wareflow, and work closely with process engineers to help improve and optimize cutting-edge manufacturing processes.

• Load, set up, operate, and complete turnaround of developmental fibermaking lathes
• Safely operate and monitor specialized fibermaking equipment
• Identify recurring issues and assist in troubleshooting and resolution
• Support development and documentation of SOPs and best practices
• Manage experimental wareflow as required
• Partner with process engineers on experiments, data collection, and process improvements
• Train associates and support other shifts when needed
• Document process observations, issues, and improvement opportunities
