Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Able to read, write and follow instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks per product specs.
• Feed components into semi-automated machinery.
• Remove products from semi-automated equipment.
• Conduct chemical checks and add chemicals as needed.
• Clean product forms using a pressure washer per procedures.
• Monitor machine operation and ensure proper function.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety rules.
• Help meet daily production goals and deadlines.
