Job summary

Openwork in Denton, TX is seeking an Assembly Operator for the 2nd shift to assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished reels. You will use hand tools, weigh and label products, and perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.

The role is temp-to-hire with a Monday–Friday schedule, 3:30PM–12:00AM, and a pay rate of $19 per hour. Applicants should be reliable, able to lift and stand for long periods, and comfortable in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Reliability and consistent attendance are essential.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment.
