Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group is seeking an Assembly Operator for the 2nd shift (4:30 PM–3:00 AM) on a 4/10 schedule in Garden Grove, CA. You will assemble products per the production plan, inspect with precision tools, and ensure quality while maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work area.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and at least 1 year in manufacturing, with ability to read blueprints and follow instructions. A $1.00/hr second-shift differential is offered.

ASSEMBYLY OPERATOR , 4/10 SCHEDULED MONDAY-THURSDAY 2ND SHIFT 4:30PM-3AM, $20.00-$24.00 PER HOUR PLUS $1.00 2ND SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL.

The Assembler/Fabricator assembles products according to product specifications and the production schedule prepared by the Planners. Products must be assembled at expected productivity levels without sacrificing product quality. The role involvesthe useof precision measuring equipment to inspect and certify that all products assembled meet customer requirements. The Assembler/Fabricatormaintainsa safe and clean work environment by being engaged in Saint-Gobain’s safety culture and contributing to the implementation and sustaining of the company’s5sprinciples.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/a quarterly bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 8% of the hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs./week * 52wks)) for this position is $41,600 to $54,912 per year. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance and are not a guarantee.

Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include:

• Shift Differentials (i.e. Hourly Rate plus 2nd Shift Differential of $1.00/ hr.
