Job Description

The Assembly Operator Trainers are subject matter experts (SMEs) responsible for leading training, certification, and advanced skill development. They drive consistency across teams and serve as a key link between production, quality, and engineering.

Below are some of their key responsibilities:

• Train, coach, and certify operators on products, processes, equipment, and inspection requirements
• Provide hands‑on instruction to support consistent execution of approved work instructions
• Mentor operators in advanced technical processes, troubleshooting, and quality standards
• Validate operator skill development and certify readiness using skills matrices

  Compensation

  Up to $27-$35 per hour

  Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

  Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k)-retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
