Thermal Vac Technology LLC seeks an Assembly Operator to ensure parts are produced exactly according to work instructions and quality standards. You may work solo or with a team under the Operations Manager, maintaining focus on precision, safety, and efficiency.
You will assemble and measure parts with calipers, gauges, and microscopes, keep a clean workstation, and complete job paperwork. Able to lift 30 pounds and work varying shifts in a fast-paced shop environment.

This role is critical to ensuring that that any assigned jobs are carried out in strict accordance with work instructions and quality standards. This position works under the direction of the Operations Manager and performs operations on a variety of assigned jobs alone or as part of a team. Ensures that any assigned job conforms to the specifications and instructions indicated on the shop traveler. Verifies that the work performed is consistent and that it meets or exceeds the quality standards. Assumes other activities and responsibilities when necessary. Has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks.
