Job summary

evcoplastics is seeking an Assembly Operations Supervisor to plan, staff, and execute assembly work, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement.

You will build production schedules, monitor KPIs, manage staffing, use ERP for scheduling and reporting, oversee inventory accuracy, coach team members, ensure safety and housekeeping, and drive cost-reduction and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and production scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production schedules aligned with customer commitments.
• Track departmental KPIs and report status in leadership meetings.
• Manage staffing levels and flow on the shop floor.
• Use ERP to produce schedules, maintain data, and generate reports.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; ensure safety and housekeeping.
