Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable Assembly Mig Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have Mig welding experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to assemble and weld metal components to specifications.

Candidates should read a tape measure, follow work instructions, and uphold quality and safety standards. This is a full-time position with benefits after probation and opportunities to grow welding and manufacturing skills.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow blueprints or work instructions
• Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus

Requirements

• Previous MIG welding experience preferred
• Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow blueprints or work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, squat, kneel, stoop, twist, and reach
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
