Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical training is required.
• 5+ years in iron & steel or a similar role with strong mechanical background.
• Experience with corrective and preventative maintenance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workshop refurbishment projects for a wide range of machines.
• Train refurbishment personnel and ensure safety and quality.
• Define mechanical specifications with PM and HQ teams.
• Assess unit condition and issue detailed technical reports.
• Approve disassembly reports and manage project timelines.
• Coordinate with HQ technical departments and address NCRs.
