Job summary

ASC Machine Tools, Inc. is seeking full-time Mechanical Assemblers in Spokane Valley, WA. You will assemble products according to blueprints, test and start up equipment, and help ensure parts fit properly. Millwright, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience or training showing mechanical assembly ability.
• Able to read and follow instructions, work with supervisor.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours daily.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product according to blueprints ensuring correct fit of parts and subassemblies.
• Meet quality standards by following guidelines to measure, test and inspect the assembled product.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and keep equipment maintained per procedures.
• Cross-train to other departments as needed.

Job Location: SPOKANE - Spokane Valley, WA 99212, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $24.93 - $28.64 Hourly, Job Category: Manufacturing, Pay: $24.93-34.24/hr

• Assemble product according to the blue print ensuring that parts and subassemblies are manufactured correctly and fit properly when putting the product together. Millwright, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience a plus. Other duties may be assigned.
• Ensure that parts and products meet quality standards by following established guidelines to measure, test and inspect the product assembled.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures.
• Cross train to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Can Perform Repetitive or like jobs within classification
• Has education or on the job training that is sufficient to meet job requirements
• Shows initiative and ability to problem solve as a team and independently
• Owns basic tools of the trade and knowledge to to use a variety of tool to put products together
• works with immediate supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures.
