Silgan Dispensing Systems in Manitoba is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to repair and maintain complex machinery, including motors, conveyors and production equipment. You will diagnose faults, replace worn parts, adjust feeds and drives, test performance, and rebuild components to reduce scrap and improve quality.
The role requires reading safety rules, writing routine reports, and communicating effectively with teams. Overtime to support production schedules is expected.
Repairs and maintains machinery and equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, and production machines by performing the following duties:

One to three months related experience and/or training. Must pass skills assessment.

Must be able to work mandatory overtime. The regular schedule for this position exceeds eight hours per day, 40 hours per week. Additional overtime is assigned as needed.
