Worthington Enterprises is seeking multi–level Operators to safely manufacture quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line. Shifts available include 2nd and 3rd with varying hours and overtime incentives.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Rotate shifts as required.
• Follow plant safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Follow setup and operational procedures for accuracy and quality.
• Run entry-level equipment and complete processes per SOPs.
• Perform production line duties including transfer, assembly, and inspections.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and track procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area and complete documentation.
• Assist others and perform duties as assigned by lead or supervisor.
• Adhere to Our Philosophy and all standards.
