Job Description:

As a General Oven Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production of our ovens. You will be responsible for assembling various components to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of our products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in meeting our production goals and delivering top-notch products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow assembly instructions, drawings, and specifications to assemble oven components, including doors, heating elements, control panels, and insulation materials.
  • Ability to build oven flooring, work with insulation, and cement and or stucco.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to ensure the precise and secure assembly of oven parts.
  • Verify the quality of components before assembly and report any defects or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed to correct assembly issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, including any modifications or rework performed.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures, guidelines, and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Follow company policies and guidelines regarding workplace conduct and regulations.
  • Work closely with other members of the manufacturing team to meet production targets and schedules.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address and solve assembly-related issues or challenges.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing skill development to improve assembly techniques and knowledge.
