Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring Assembly Leads for Metalcraft in Horicon, Wisconsin. The role focuses on leading assembly lines, using hand tools and machinery, and maintaining quality. Training is provided to develop skills, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Starting pay is $20+ per hour with a $2/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts. This position offers long-term career potential and comprehensive benefits upon permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No manufacturing experience required; training provided.
• On-the-job training to learn processes and safety.
• Able to read instructions and follow procedures.
• Willing to work 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts and adapt to shift premiums.

For this role we are looking for someone that brings line lead experience. Also, someone that brings great communication with the supervisor.

No manufacturing experience? No problem.
