Job summary

Regal Boats is seeking motivated Assembly Leads and Fiberglass Leads to support Team Leaders in overseeing manufacturing processes and efficiently using manpower. You will remain hands-on in production to maximize efficiency and quality.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, leadership interest, and strong communication skills. This full-time position is based in Orlando, FL, with a pay range of $23.00–$27.00 per hour and focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Must follow safety standards and procedures
• Ability to coordinate with a large team and meet production goals

Responsibilities

• Lead a 10-15 person team and support Team Leader
• Ensure tools and PPE are available for the team
• Coach and oversee daily production activities and schedule
• Communicate BOM changes with Production Engineer
• Report safety issues to Team Leader or Safety Manager
• Train and motivate team to maximize productivity and quality
• Monitor attendance and track time according to policy
• Facilitate team meetings and uphold safety standards
