Qualifications

• Having graduated within the past 12 months or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Learn or improve the German language; cultural exchange with German interns.

Responsibilities

• Assist areas such as Trim, Chassis, End-of-Line or Quality Assurance in Production.
• Process documentation.
• Feasibility analysis of optimization projects.
• Optimize daily processes with new ideas.
• Coordinate project steps with plant operations.
• Read and interpret drawings when needed.
• Assist and lead meetings.
• Taking meeting minutes and KPI editing.
• Process optimization of production line processes.
• Improve quality transparency by creating dashboards.
• Time studies and analysis of bottlenecks.
• Process analysis and process improvement ideas and implementation.
• Project planning using Microsoft Planner.
• Time studies and poke-yoke implementations.
