Astranis in Northern California, USA, is hiring an Assembly, Integration, and Test Technician to assemble and test spacecraft and ground support equipment. You’ll integrate spacecraft with engineering models, maintain logs, and calibrate test systems in a clean-room environment.
Base pay ranges from $30–$40 USD per hour with equity and robust benefits, including healthcare, 401(k) and flexible PTO. Expect 50 hours per week across first and second shifts; willingness to travel for off-site

Base pay ranges from $30–$40 USD per hour. Compensation also includes a significant equity package via incentive stock options, high‑quality company‑subsidized healthcare, disability and life insurance, 401(k) retirement planning, flexible PTO, and free on‑site catered meals.
