A leading quantum technology company is looking for an Assembly, Integration, and Test Engineer. You will assemble and test products for quantum computers, participate in production meetings, and support your colleagues. The ideal candidate will have an electro-engineering degree and experience in electronic product assembly, debugging, and quality assurance. Qblox is seeking an Assembly, Integration, and Test Engineer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in the delivery of control stacks for quantum computers, which generate the analog signals necessary for quantum bit control and readout. As a rapidly expanding organization, Qblox is dedicated to producing reliable products, and we are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong eagerness to learn.
This multifaceted position offers a varied daily routine. Your responsibilities will include the assembly and testing of products, as well as programming them with the correct firmware. You will participate in weekly production team meetings to discuss all aspects of production, delivery, and logistics. This is a highly hands-on role where you\'ll be actively involved in every step of the process, from assembly to debugging.
Additionally, you will provide engineering support to colleagues, such as soldering components on development projects. A crucial part of your role will involve investigating and repairing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and proposing improvements to product quality and assembly based on your findings. You will collaborate closely with the engineering, purchasing, logistics, and warehousing departments, reporting directly to the Production Manager.
