Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow product routings and job setup charts.
• Capable of performing close-tolerance assembly and inspection of parts.
• Knowledge of paint quality and coverage inspection, defects, and operation of parts.
• Commitment to safety, following established safety rules and reporting hazards.
• Experience with 5S, TPM and Lean initiatives to improve equipment efficiency.
• Willingness to perform housekeeping and additional supervisor-assigned tasks.
• Ability to work overtime as required by management.

Responsibilities

• Assemble diversified products using manufactured or purchased components.
• Inspect units for conformity to quality standards and tolerances.
• Ensure safe operation and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Care for equipment to prevent breakdowns and support Lean initiatives.
• Maintain good housekeeping and perform other tasks as directed by supervision.
• Be available for overtime as posted by management.
