Job summary

Connect Staffing is hiring an Assembly & Finishing Associate for the Get Ready department in Houston, TX. The role focuses on final assembly, cleaning, and finishing on industrial filters before QC.

The position requires standing for long periods, performing repetitive tasks on a 10-hour shift (Mon–Thu, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM). Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred and safety procedures in Spanish are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production or warehouse experience preferred.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; able to understand work instructions in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Install handles/grips onto industrial filters.
• Install and glue O-Rings when required.
• Vacuum and clean completed filters.
• Remove dust, debris, and other materials from finished products.
• Perform final detailing and finishing work.
• Check filters for visible issues before sending to Quality Control.
• Prepare completed filters for the QC department.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized.
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Meet daily production expectations.

Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly & Finishing Associate for the Get Ready department of an industrial filter manufacturing facility.

This position is responsible for completing the final assembly, cleaning, and finishing steps on industrial filters before they are sent to Quality Control (QC).

This is a hands-on production position that requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive assembly and finishing tasks throughout a 10-hour shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Install handles/grips onto industrial filters
