Piab Group in Canton, MA is seeking an Assembly Coordinator to manage daily production schedules, balance workload, and drive productivity on the shop floor. You will coordinate with planning and warehouse teams, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement efforts to meet safety and quality standards.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in assembly or manufacturing, strong planning and communication skills, and experience with lean methods and ERP/production-tracking systems.

The Assembly Coordinator plays a critical role in executing daily assembly operations with a strong focus on managing day-to-day workloads, scheduling, and improving productivity and labor utilization. This role is responsible for ensuring daily production targets are met efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. The Assembly Lead serves as the primary point of coordination on the shop floor, proactively addressing issues, optimizing workflow, and driving continuous improvement in output and efficiency.
