Job Schedule: (9/80) – Every other Friday is a non-workday.

Responsibilities

• Under close supervision of the Lead and/or Production Supervisor, perform simple and repetitive assembly work, including Magnetic and Electro-Mechanical assemblies ranging from simple to semi-complex in accordance with work order instructions, Engineering Drawings and Manufacturing Process Specifications.
• May require soldering skills to Military specifications or ANSI-J-STD-001 in addition to mechanical/assembly skills, or may require only mechanical/assembly skills depending on production needs.
• Able to pass soldering test and be certified ANSI-J-STD-001 as required.

Essential Functions

• Assemble Electro-Mechanical parts and perform inner chassis wiring connections using various tools.
• Assemble Magnetic assemblies through all stages of the process, from core and coil assembly to final assembly.
• Basic understanding of standard hardware installation sequence.
• Ability to read hardware descriptions on Engineering BOM and physically identify the characteristics of the hardware.
• Able to pass soldering test and be certified ANSI-J-STD-001 as required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience assembling electro/mechanical hardware as stated above, preferably to military requirements and specifications.
• Able to pass soldering test and be certified ANSI-J-STD-001 and/or IPC610 as required.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Perform varnish and heat treat operations for all products as required
• Perform simple to semi-complex cable assembly per shop order instructions and engineering drawing.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $35,780 - $62,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
