Job summary

PrideStaff is helping a client in Tennessee find an Assembly Associate to join their production team. The role involves assembling firearms by inspecting parts, following drawings, and ensuring quality throughout the process.

Shifts available (1st and 2nd) with pay based on shift. After conversion to permanent, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and more are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have good attention to detail and be able to read and interpret assembly drawings.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mechanical skills and comfort working on an assembly line.

• Assemble firearms by performing tasks such as inspecting and fitting parts
• Read and understand assembly drawings and specifications
• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Record production data and perform quality checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
