Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking an Assembly Associate in Kennesaw, GA. The role involves performing slide-line assembly, part pulling, silkscreen, stocking, and post-test final steps to support production schedules.

The candidate should have 1-3 years of related work, read English, and possess basic math skills; soldering and quality-system experience are preferred. High school diploma or GED is required. OT on Fridays/Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend English.
• Basic math including percentages and portions.
• Detail oriented, mechanically inclined, good hand-eye coordination.
• Soldering experience and experience with formal quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform slide-line assembly, pull parts, silk-screen, stock put-away, and post, test and final tasks.
• Meet production schedules and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Work overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed.

Job Description

Production Assembly Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to slide-line assembly, pulling parts, silkscreen, putting stock away, and Post, Test and Final. Other responsibilities include the ability to meet production schedules and lift up to 30 lbs.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Demonstrated work history of 1-3 years.
• Ability to read and comprehend English required.
• Basic math skills including knowledge of percentages and portions required.
• Must be detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and have good hand eye coordination.
• Soldering experience as well as experience with working in formal quality system are preferred.

Minimum Education

• High School Diploma or GED
