Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Mechanical Assembler - Level I at our Foley, AL facility to build critical components for the A320 NEO aircraft, ensuring safety and flight readiness. You will follow engineering specifications, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Onsite 1st shift 6:30am-3pm, Monday through Friday with possible overtime on Saturdays or Sundays. You will use hand and power tools, read blueprints, and lift up to 20 pounds while

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory of product in workstations.
• Perform quality work checks, identify product defects and record identified defects.
• Participate in compliance inspection continuous improvement (CI) activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Drill holes, install fasteners, rout and trim parts. and apply primers and sealants.
• You will understand and follow detailed instructions
• Lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Able to work in a standing position up to a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Safely perform other duties as assigned.

Shift: 1st (6:30am - 3pm) Monday -Friday, some volunteer or mandatory overtime on SATs or SUNs

Looking to fill several Mechanical Assembler - Level I position that will support the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) facility. You will be supporting our A320 NEO aircraft technology. What You Will Do:

• You will be working Onsite at our Foley, AL Location
• 1st Shift (6:30am - 3pm) Monday -Friday

Qualification we prefer:

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to assemble equipment..
• Self-directed & action oriented with the ability to work in a team environment to resolve most questions and problems.
• Relevant Experience in Manufacturing, Production or Assembly
• Relevant Experience in Construction doing Metal or Wood Framing
• AP

Experience with any of the following:

• - Hand Tools and or Power Tools (electric or pneumatic) hand hammers, pneumatic hammers / scree guns /
• - Electrical tools
• - Hand cutters
• -Measuring equipment
• - Light equipment
