Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC is seeking an Assembly Technician in Hebron, OH to support a heavy manufacturing environment. You will operate production equipment, assemble components, and perform quality checks per work orders and safety procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, plus basic computer skills and strong attention to detail. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work overtime or outside regular hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products using Bills of Materials, proper materials, and parts.
  • Operate overhead hoists, cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Apply paint to suspension components using a spray gun.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
  • Complete work orders, Kanban cards, and required production documentation.
  • Meet established production and quality standards.
  • Read and follow work orders, product routers, work instructions, and control plans.
  • Properly handle and store paint, solvents, and other waste materials.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety, quality, and environmental policies.
  • Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

Physical & Work Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, climb, and grasp.
  • Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in a loud industrial environment with frequent exposure to manufacturing-related atmospheric conditions.
  • Follow all required PPE, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
