What You Will Do

Support the overhaul of PW1100G-JM engines at our West Palm Beach facility as part of the Aftermarket Operations team. This position is on 2nd shift (3:30 pm - midnight).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform receiving inspections and initial inventory of accessory components on turbine engines for MRO shop visits.
2. Monitor, witness, document, and review inspection, assembly, and testing processes, ensuring compliance with requirements.
3. Inspect turbine engine components, subassemblies, and parts for anomalies and physical damages.
4. Check for foreign objects, surplus parts, and perform dimensional and visual inspections.
5. Determine the serviceability of components and hardware according to technical data (EMM, CMM).
6. Review customer requirements, paperwork, and applicable service bulletins and directives to make disposition decisions.

Ideal candidates will have up to one year of related experience, with the ability to interpret complex drawings and instructions.

Qualifications You Must Have

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year aviation inspection experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year inspection experience in Overhaul and Repair
• 3+ years’ experience in Aviation Engine Repair
• A&P License or Military Equivalent
