Woodward, Inc. in Fort Collins, CO, is hiring manufacturing technicians for Level 1 and Level 2 shifts. You will assemble products, test functionality, ensure quality, and maintain organized, safe work areas in a fast-paced environment.

Level 1 emphasizes following documented procedures and basic setup; Level 2 adds problem solving, training, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement. Comprehensive benefits and overtime available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Estimated hourly base pay:

• Level 1: $18.27 - $24.04 plus overtime and shift differential

• Level 2: $21.15 -$27.40 plus overtime and shift differential

Level 1:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble Product: Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently assemble product components using specified tools and equipment.

• Test Product: Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently test product using specified tools and equipment,

• Quality: Conducts inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products and records and maintains data per operating standards.

• Organization & Cleanliness: Adheres to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean, organized, and free of unnecessary items. Follows established guidelines to ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

• Safety Mindset: Adheres to all established safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintains mindfulness of self and surrounding work area to promote a safe working environment.

• Technical Capability: Understands and follows basic technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Critical Thinking: Identifies gap-to-standard and resolves or escalates them per standard processes/procedures.

• Test Product: Follows procedures, troubleshoots common testing issues, provides feedback to assembly teams or supervisors to address recurring problems, conducts test setup changeovers, and supports training of less experienced members.

• Quality Control: Participates to improve clarity and accuracy in documented processes and procedures.

• Organization & Cleanliness: Proactively applies 5S principles, identifies opportunities to improve workstation organization and cleanliness, and ensures compliance with team standards. Assists in implementing new organizational practices as directed.

• Safety Mindset: Encourages adherence to safety protocols within the team.

Key Skills:
