Job summary

Woodward is hiring an Assembly and Test Associate 1 in Michigan for the 2nd shift, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will assemble products from documented procedures, test them for quality, and keep a clean, organized workspace following 5S and safety rules.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of mechanical aptitude, with the ability to read procedures, use basic tools, and collaborate with the production team. Training hours are provided prior to start.
