Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking an assembler for accumulators at our Illinois facility. You will deburr, detail, assemble and test accumulators, and support detailing for standard, special, and custom units. You will maintain tooling and assist with final operations including painting and packing, following drawings and manuals.

Strong math and teamwork are essential. The role emphasizes working with others in a fast-paced environment, adhering to quality standards and safety policies

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Requires the use of general mathematics.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
  • Performs these duties and other duties as requested by supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Performs deburring, detailing, assembly and test of accumulators
  • Assists with detailing and assembly of standard, special and custom accumulators
  • Maintains all tools and assembly equipment and report any malfunctions
  • May perform or assist with product final operations which includes but are not limited to painting, rust preventing, packing, and crating
  • Works from drawings, parts lists, specifications and instruction manuals
  • Uses basic shop mathematics and a variety of inspection tools, gauges, which require interpretation in various applications

Your Responsibilities

Conditions of Employment

Competitive Compensation
Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
  • Pay Range: $23.23/hr to $27.8/hr
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
